Roles and responsibilities:

  • Process requests for conflict-of-interest checks within the allowed timeframe.

  • Identify, analyse and monitor potential or actual conflicts of interest within the firm in order to ensure compliance with ethical rules, professional regulations and contractual commitments to clients.

  • Follow up with associates within the holding company for pending information.

  • Update respective trackers.

  • Distribution of international requests on a shared platform with the different associates.

  • Follow up on potential conflict of interest that may arise and cascade down to the respective parties within the given SLA.

Pré-requis du poste

Qualification and experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in related field

  • 3+ years professional experience.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Detailed oriented

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proactive approach

  • Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English

  • Rigorous and responsive

  • Client oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in office 365 (Word, Excel)
