Marketing & Multimedia Officer

Mission

Grant Thornton Mauritius is looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing & Multimedia Officer to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, the candidate will play a key role in creating compelling visual content, leveraging strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing to support marketing campaigns, enhance our digital presence and promote the Grant Thornton brand across multiple channels. This role combines graphic design, multimedia content creation and marketing execution to strengthen our brand presence across both digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

·       Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, advertisements and corporate documents.

·       Develop creative concepts aligned with the company's brand identity.

·       Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

Video Production & Editing

·       Create engaging promotional videos, reels, animations and corporate videos.

·       Film and edit video content for social media, events and marketing campaigns.

·       Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music and motion effects to enhance video quality.

Digital Marketing

·       Create and schedule content across social media platforms.

·       Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

·       Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital communications.

·       Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytical reports.

·       Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Brand & Marketing Support

·       Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

·       Support event branding and promotional activities.

·       Collaborate with different departments to develop engaging visual content.

·       Assist with website content updates when required.

Qualifications

1.      Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

2.     Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or marketing.

3.     Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

·       Adobe Photoshop

·       Adobe Illustrator

·       Adobe InDesign

·       Adobe Premiere Pro

·       Adobe After Effects (an advantage)

4.     Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

5.     Photography and videography skills are an advantage.

6.     Excellent creativity, attention to detail and organizational skills.

7.     Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

8.     Strong communication and teamwork skills.

9.     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10.   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

11.    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
