Manager / Senior Manager (Advisory Services)

About the Role:
We are looking to hire a high-calibre Manager or Senior Manager to join and help build a fast-growing Advisory practice within a dynamic firm. This is a leadership role suited for a commercially minded professional with strong technical expertise across corporate finance and advisory services.

Key Service Lines:
- Financial modelling and business planning
- Company valuations

-Treasury Management
- Transaction advisory (M&A, buy/sell side support)
- Due diligence (financial and commercial)
- Independent business reviews
- Restructuring and turnaround
- Fractional CFO and strategic finance support

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver advisory engagements end-to-end
- Develop and review complex financial models
- Perform valuation analyses using multiple methodologies
- Manage buy-side and sell-side M&A processes
- Lead financial due diligence assignments
- Support restructuring and turnaround projects
- Provide fractional CFO services to SME clients
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development
- Mentor and develop junior team members (as team grows)

Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 / consulting background preferred)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience in transactions, valuation or restructuring is highly desirable
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a senior-led environment
